Bildstöckl Chapel

The Bildstöckl Chapel is a memorial chapel built in 1949 in the municipality of Bad Reichenhall in the Berchtesgadener Land district .

It was built in memory of fallen and deceased members of the association by members of the Alt-Reichenhall mountain costume preservation association. The money for the construction came, among other things, from a donation from Alfred Nathan , an honorary citizen of Bad Reichenhall .

There are several wooden benches below the chapel and a platform for events to the right of the chapel.

It is one of the sights of Bad Reichenhall and can be seen from large parts of the town. From the chapel itself you have an overview of the whole city, the Staufen , as well as Piding and parts of Salzburg .
