Oeiras e São Julião da Barra is a municipality in Portugal, in the Oeiras district . With an area of 6.7 km² and 33,741 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011), the population density is 5020 inhabitants per km². The patron saint of the community is Nossa Senhora da Purificação ( Maria ), as well as the small town of Oeiras.

Trade and services
In the city of Oeiras, which is in the process of restructuring, the first HK (Happy Kids) Gift chain opened in 2008 opposite the church, which is a sign of change. The restoration of the Egyptian Palace and its reopening in 2009 created a new meeting place for cultural events. The modernized reconstruction of the market is also being planned.
