The Bilkheimer Bach , also called Schafbach , is a one and a half kilometer long left and west tributary of the Walmeroder Bach in the Westerwald .

The Bilkheimer Bach rises on the northern edge of Bilkheim and at an altitude of 290  m above sea level. NN . It runs in an easterly direction, its main flow direction, which it essentially maintains up to the mouth, along the northern edge of the village, crosses under the K 96 , and then flows through a green area. After almost 400 meters, it is fed on its left by a meadow ditch coming from Neuroth Castle . The Bilkheimer Bach now flows through a small forest and is then strengthened by another tributary. Then it runs through two small ponds and finally flows out at an altitude of 225  m above sea level. NN in the Walmeroder Bach .
