Bilska Wolja ( Ukrainian Більська Воля ; Russian Бельская Воля Belskaja Wolja , Polish Bilska Wolja ) is a village in the northwest of the Ukrainian Rivne Oblast with about 1700 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1629, is the administrative center of the eponymous, 132.584 km² district council in the west of Volodymyrez Rajon with a total of 2800 inhabitants, to which the villages Beresyna ( Березина , ) with about 200 inhabitants, Kruhle ( Кругле , ) with about 310 inhabitants and Rudka ( Рудка , ) with about 550 inhabitants.

The village is located in the historic Volhynia landscape between the left bank of the Styr , a 494 km long tributary of the Pripyat, and Lake Bile ( Ukrainian Біле озеро , in German White Lake ), the oblast's second largest lake with 453 hectares.

Bilska Volja is located 38 km west of the district center of Volodymyrez and 135 km north of the center of Rivne Oblast . The T-18-08 territorial road runs through the village .
