The Birinci Divizionu 2014/15 was the 23rd season of the second highest soccer division in Azerbaijan . It started on September 5, 2014 and ended on May 27, 2015.

The 16 teams played against each other twice on 30 match days. Zirə FK and PFK Kəpəz were promoted to the Premyer Liqası 2015/16 as top-ranked clubs with a first division license. When PFK Simurq Zaqatala withdrew from the first division for financial reasons on June 21, 2015, Rəvan Baku FK also received a place in the Premyer Liqası.
