The Roman Catholic Diocese of Caldas ( lat. : Dioecesis Caldensis , span. : Diócesis de Caldas ) is an in Colombia situated Roman Catholic diocese , based in Caldas .

history

The diocese of Caldas was established on June 18, 1988 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Omnium Ecclesiarum from cession of territory to the Archdiocese of Medellín and subordinated to this as a suffragan .
