The Roman Catholic diocese of Hrodna ( Latin Dioecesis Grodnensis , Belarusian Гродзенская дыяцэзія Hrodsenskaja dyjazesija ) located in Belarus was established on April 13, 1991 and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Minsk-Mahiljou as a suffragan . The seat of the diocese is Hrodna .

The diocese had had an auxiliary bishop since 1991 , but he moved to the Archdiocese of Minsk-Mahiljou on December 14, 2004. Aleksander Kaszkiewicz has been the bishop since 1991 .
