The Bistum Oyem ( lat. : Dioecesis Oyemensis ) is in Gabon preferred Roman Catholic diocese based in Oyem . It includes the province of Woleu-Ntem .
history
Pope Paul VI founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Divini Magistri verba on May 13, 1969 from cession of territory of the Archdiocese of Libreville , to which it was also subordinated as a suffragan diocese.
On March 19, 2003, it lost part of its territory to the Makokou Apostolic Prefecture .
