The Bistum Pekhon ( lat. : Dioecesis Pekhonensis ) is an in Myanmar preferred Roman Catholic diocese based in Pekhon .

history

The diocese of Pekhon was on December 15, 2005 by Pope Benedict XVI. Established with the Apostolic Constitution Ubi venit from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Taunggyi and subordinated to it as a suffragan . The first bishop was Peter Hla .
