The Diocese of Registro ( Latin Dioecesis Registrensis , Portuguese Diocese de Registro ) is in Brazil located Roman Catholic diocese based in Registro in the state of São Paulo .

history

The diocese Registro was on January 19, 1974 by Pope Paul VI. Erected from cession of the dioceses of Itapeva and Santos and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Sorocaba as a suffragan .
