Blues Garage
The Blues Garage is an event center for blues and rock music in Isernhagen north of Hanover . The center can accommodate a good 400 visitors.
history
The Blues Garage was founded in March 1999 by Henry Gellrich, who still runs it today with his family. The Blues Garage not only offers young, national and international bands a performance opportunity , many international stars have also performed here.

The most famous artists who have performed in the Blues Garage so far are Eric Burdon , Mitch Ryder , Roger Chapman , Bernard Allison , Popa Chubby , Vanilla Fudge , Birth Control , The Spencer Davis Group , Wishbone Ash , The Blues Band , Doc Holliday , Arthur Brown , Joe Bonamassa , Walter Trout and the Radicals , Julian Sas , Leslie West , Peter Green , Fish , Maggie Reilly , Uli Jon Roth and Manfred Mann's Earth Band , Robert Randolph , Ray Wilson , Meena Cryle , Erja Lyytinen and Eric Bibb .
To celebrate its eighth anniversary in 2007, Fritz Rau, one of the major German concert promoters, was a guest and spoke about the problems of bringing the black American blues to Europe. This later succeeded with Dickey Betts , founding member of the Allman Brothers Band , at his only concert in Germany in the sold-out Blues Garage.
Live CDs
In 2005, 2006 and 2007, with the consent of the artists, there was a limited CD with live recordings from the club from the year before for the anniversary.
