Bob Lay
Bob Lay (actually Robert William Lay; born March 20, 1944 ) is a former Australian sprinter .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 , he was eliminated over 220 yards in the semi-finals and over 100 yards in the quarter-finals. With the Australian 4-by-110-yard relay, he came in fifth.
In 1964 he reached at the Olympic Games in Tokyo over 100 m and in the 4-by-100-meter relay the semi-finals and over 200 m the quarter-finals.
From 1963 to 1965 he was three times in a row Australian champion over 100 yards.
