Boba Fettt

Boba Fettt (* 1975 ) is a German rapper from Berlin who is under contract with the independent label No Peanuts . He is also active as a DJ and producer under the names of DJ Zett and DJ Bobafettt .

Life

Boba Fettt was born in 1975 in the Palatinate . The hip-hop musician of today grew up in Berlin. In 1996 he started working as a DJ and made his first appearances in 1997 under the name DJ Zett. Zett acted for some time as a DJ for the rapper Fuat of the group MOR , whom he accompanied during performances. Due to musical differences, the collaboration was terminated after a short time and Zett began to work as a DJ for the Berlin rapper Kool Savas . After performing live together for a few years, the two began to go their separate ways and Zett focused on his work as a rapper. The first song connectionswas created at the end of 2002 and appeared on the album Progrisiv des rapper Gris. He subsequently worked both as a rapper by making guest appearances on albums by MOR and Big Derill Mack , and as a DJ by contributing the cuts on releases by Beatfabrik and Separate .

In early 2006 Fettt published his first mixtape, on which he raps in addition to his work as a DJ. This was published under the title The fat years are beginning - Volume 1 . Furthermore, in 2006 Fettt recorded the album Live from the Crunkarena with the group HACK consisting of the rappers Boss A, BA-Di, Big Derill Mack and Staiger. This was published on August 11, 2006.

From February 9, 2007 to March 16, 2007 Boba Fettt accompanied the Berlin rapper Prinz Pi on his ! DonnerwetteR! -Trip. This was also supplemented by the rap formation KIZ and the rapper Kollegah , who is under contract with Selfmade Records .

On February 16, 2007, Boba Fettt's first solo album was released on No Peanuts . Jack Orsen , Fuat, KIZ , Prinz Pi and Rifleman are among others represented with guest contributions. Masters of the Universe was produced entirely by Big Bennay. On November 16, 2007, The Fat Years Beginning Vol. 3 was released , with which Boba Fettt completed his mixtape trilogy. On the sound carrier, among others, Prinz Pi, KIZ, Taktloss , Justus and Wakka are represented with guest contributions.
