Bodenhausen is a deserted village in the district of Nieder-Rosbach , a district of Rosbach vor der Höhe in the Wetterau district in Hesse .

It is located at an altitude of 145  m in the Feldmark, about 1.8 m east of Nieder-Rosbach and 1 km northwest of Ober-Wöllstadt (part of the municipality of Wöllstadt ), around 200 m north of the Rosbach in the immediate vicinity of a river that flows into the Rosbach from the north small stream and a pond that often falls dry in late summer. The federal highway 3 runs about 700 m east, the county road K 11 about 800 m south of the desert.

The field name "Bodenhäuser Feld" recalls the disappeared village, about whose history practically nothing is known.
