Bolsover is a district in the county of Derbyshire in England . The administrative seat is the city of Bolsover ; other significant places are Barlborough , Blackwell , Clowne , Glapwell , Pinxton , South Normanton and Tibshelf .
The district was formed on April 1, 1974 and was created from the merger of the Urban District Bolsover and the Rural Districts Blackwell and Clowne.
