course

The Borowka rises in the northwest of the Orenburg Oblast in the Obschtschi Syrt ridge . From there it flows in a westerly direction through the agriculturally intensively used steppe landscape .

After she has passed the village of Troitskoye , she reaches the National Park Busulukski Bor ("Buzuluk Forest") on the border with Samara Oblast , which she now crosses in a south-westerly direction until it joins the Samara.
