Branco Vukovic (born September 15, 1978 in Meersburg ) is a former German actor , presenter and singer .

Life

Vukovic received his university entrance qualification in 1996 and then began an internship at the BBC in London . After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree , he began studying psychology. During his studies he was cast by chance for the television series K11-Kommissare im Einsatz and also got the leading role. After the station wanted to lead the already existing series to a rating success, the role of Branco Vukovic was invented and established. It is a pseudonym.

From 2004 he conducted speech training and singing training and in 2005 he took part in acting and improvisation training in Berlin and in workshops in New York . In addition to the moderation training (2004) in Munich, Vukovic took acting lessons from Michael Rossier in Munich from 2004–2005 . Since 2006 he has been instructed in acting by Nina Claasen and Jürgen Elvers in Berlin and received acting and speaking training from Friederike Müller in Munich. In 2008 Branco Vukovic ended his acting career on his own initiative to complete his studies in psychology. He has been working as a psychotherapist in his own practice for several years.

From 2004 to the beginning of 2006 he played the role of Oberkommissar Branco Vukovic, a teammate of Alexandra Rietz and Michael Naseband in the Sat.1 series K11 - Kommissare im Einsatz in 225 episodes . Since 2002 Vukovic has worked in five theater productions on various stages in several (federal) states , in 2002 alone in two Yugoslav productions. His theatrical productions are Deserteur , a production of the Blue Theater in Belgrade from 2002, he plays the leading role of the high school graduate Boban . Also in 2002 at the Blue Theater in Belgrade he played the miller's son Thomas Dedulja in The Lost Path . From 2008 to 2009 Vukovic played Hans Fleming in Die wilde Auguste at the Comedy Dresden - in 2011 he embodied the same character in the same play, but this time in the Komödie am Kurfürstendamm .
