Brandon Call

Brandon Spencer Lee Call (born November 17, 1976 in Torrance , California ) is an American film actor .

Life

Brandon Call grew up as the son of Richard and Elyse Call, along with his siblings Dee Anne, Tandi and Dustin in California. At the age of two he appeared in commercials before making his film debut in 1985 as a speaker in the cartoon Taran and the Magic Cauldron . That same year he could also be seen in front of the camera for the first time in Richard Marquand's drama The Knife . He was offered the role of Kevin Arnold in Wonderful Years in 1988 , but was replaced by Fred Savage at the last minute . After a number of guest appearances on television series , including Simon & Simon and Magnum, PI , he was hired in 1989 to play Hobie Buchannon in Baywatch - The Lifeguards of Malibu . In the same year he played the role of Billy Deveraux in the film Blinde Wut on the side of Rutger Hauer . At Baywatch , Brandon Call was replaced by Jeremy Jackson . However, he managed to be cast for the sitcom A Strong Family just a year later . Here he played the role of JT Lambert until the end of the series in 1998 . After the series ended, Brandon Call retired into private life. He lives in California and has a daughter from a previous relationship.
