Brenda Venus
Brenda Gabrielle Venus (born November 10, 1947 in Biloxi , Mississippi ) is an American actress .
Life
Venus had her feature film debut in 1967 in B-Movie - Horror Night Fright . In 1974 she starred in the role of Jennifer in Jack Hill's blaxploitation classic Foxy Brown , and the following year she appeared as a playmate for Clint Eastwood in the thriller For The Dragon . She played a bigger role in 1975 in the western The Race against the Sun alongside Richard Boone . Her later films include the Roger Corman production Giants with Steel Fists and a small role in Walter Hill's action comedy Just 48 Hours .
In the mid-1970s she also appeared on television, she appeared in the television series Kung Fu , Cannon and Starsky & Hutch on in guest roles.
Between 1976 and 1980 she was friends with Henry Miller , some of the letters Venus later published in a book. In 1986 she posed for Playboy .
