Reviews
OutNow.ch wrote on November 14, 2007: “Broken Trail is an extremely beautifully photographed three-hour ride for a television film, with a lot of taste for Wild West images. The story isn't staggeringly original and pretty moralizing, nor is Hill reinventing the western, why should he? In addition to the implementation, the film draws on the enormous presence of the actors - above all the remarkable Robert Duvall and Thomas Haden Church , who both convince with angular facial expressions, the same language and at the same time a lot of empathy. "
