Bruno Krüger (politician)

Bruno Krüger (born December 24, 1922 in Wahrenberg , Osterburg district , † June 8, 1983 ) was a German party functionary of the GDR bloc party LDPD . He was chairman of the LDPD district committee Schwerin .

Life

Krüger was a financial employee and did military and war service in the Wehrmacht . In 1946 he was one of the founders of the LDPD in Wittenberge . He worked as an employee of the Perleberg tax office .

From 1958 to 1961 he was deputy chairman of the council of the Perleberg district and chairman of the local LDPD district association. From 1961 to 1983 he acted as chairman of the Schwerin district board and from 1963 to 1983 he was also a member of the central board of the LDPD. From 1963 to 1983 he was a member of the Schwerin District Parliament . He was also a member of the Schwerin district committee of the National Front of the GDR and deputy chairman of the district committee of the Society for German-Soviet Friendship .

Bruno Krüger was married and died at the age of 60 after a serious illness.
