The Buczynowa Przełęcz ( Eng . "Buczynowa Pass" or "Buczynowa Scharte", also: Buchentalscharte) is a mountain pass in the south of the Polish Lesser Poland Voivodeship in the High Tatras . The pass lies on the border of the municipalities of Zakopane and Bukowina Tatrzańska on the east ridge of the Świnica massif (Seealmspitze) and connects the Dolina Pańszczyca with the Dolina Buczynowa . The pass is 2127 m above sea level and borders the peaks of Wielka Buczynowa Turnia (Big Beech Valley Tower ) and Mała Buczynowa Turnia (Small Beech Valley Tower ).
tourism
Originally the Orla Perć (Eagle Walk) high trail led over the pass. However, it was relocated for security reasons.
First ascent
The pass was climbed for the first time in 1900 by Pastor Walenty Gadowski .
