The powiat Tatrzański is the southernmost powiat (district) of the Polish Lesser Poland Voivodeship . It lies south of the Beskydy Mountains and borders the powiat Nowotarski in the north and Slovakia in the south .
Communities
The powiat comprises five municipalities , which are divided into one urban (gmina miejska) and four rural communities (gmina wiejska):
