The powiat Wadowicki is a powiat (district) in the western part of the Polish Lesser Poland Voivodeship . It is surrounded by the Powiaten Oświęcim and Chrzanów in the north, Krakau and Myślenice in the east and Sucha in the south. In the west, the provincial border with the Silesian Voivodeship runs .
