The powiat Suski is a powiat (district) in the western part of the Polish Lesser Poland Voivodeship . It is located in the Beskids and is enclosed by the districts of Wadowice , Myślenice and Nowy Targ . In the west the border with the province of Silesia runs , in the southwest Sucha still has a small part of the state border with Slovakia .
