1 The result with the surprise! Nov 18, 2013
Bully is under a lot of stress right now. Nina, his girlfriend, is moving out of the shared apartment, his new film project “Buddy” costs him a lot of work, and Aida, the sister of his roommate Rick, moves in with him without being asked. Aida puts Bully in a precarious position after making a very ambiguous phone call. To clear up the misunderstanding, Bully appears immediately in the "Gossip". Just as Bully is talking to Nina, Sarah Connor appears, whom he absolutely wants to win for his film. Now he has to choose between his love Nina and his love "Buddy".
2 The episode with the muesli man! Nov 25, 2013
The financing of the film is on the brink, because three investors jump out shortly before the start of shooting. Bully's only hope is the muesli mogul Nägle. In order to convince the conservative Swabian saver of “Buddy”, Bully urgently needs a wife. He then asks Nina, who refuses, because it's all about his film again. Finally he can convince the crude Aida to accompany him to the business dinner. Since Nina changes her mind, however, she suddenly shows up at the business lunch and pretends to be Bully's wife. Visibly shocked by these "marital" circumstances, Nägle breaks off the meal. But because he hasn't had a change in bed for years, Bully has a unique opportunity. In order to save the financing through Nägle, Rick poses as a woman, which the Swabian visibly likes.
3 The episode with the date! Dec 2, 2013
Aida wants to thank Bully for being kind enough to let her live with her. She talks to Nina to make it clear to her how much Bully still loves her. This creates an embarrassing misunderstanding, because Aida believes that Nina already has a new boyfriend; she thinks Nina's business lunch with Sasha is on a date . When Bully gets wind of it, he storms into the "Gossip" to keep Nina from eating together with Sasha. Unfortunately, Bully is embarrassing himself not only with Nina, but also in front of the gossip press .
4th The episode with the casting! Dec 9, 2013
Aida feels lonely, which is why Bully and Rick look for something to do for her so that she doesn't sit with Bully and moan all the time. She is looking for a man, which is why Bully organizes a casting for Aida to find her dream man. The actor Daniel Zillmann wants a bigger role in Bully's film and asks him to rewrite the script. Daniel inconveniently shows up at Aida's casting to pick up the book and thinks Bully would like to replace him. Fortunately for Bully, Aida comes into the room at the right time and Daniel and Aida fall in love. Bully is twice as lucky because Daniel forgets the script and Aida no longer whines.
5 The episode with the blackout! Dec 16, 2013
Bully wants to do an advertising spot for Nägle muesli, an order from Mr. Nägle, who sponsors his film. Meanwhile, Aida is planning a date with her boyfriend Daniel, she bought a dress for the occasion. The next morning, however, Rick finds Bully's apartment devastated. Bully and Aida are chained together, Bully is wearing Aida's dress and Aida is wearing a nurse costume instead. Daniel appears and believes Bully and Aida have something with each other and prematurely separates from Aida. Fortunately, Bully's assistant, Steffi, finds a video that Aida and Bully shot while intoxicated. The video contains a declaration of love from Aida for Daniel. When Daniel sees the video, he apologizes to Aida and celebrates their renewed relationship with sex in Aida's bedroom.
6th The last chance episode! 23 Dec 2013
Mr Nägle wants the Bully to finally shoot the commercial for his muesli, but he has private problems. Without Nina, Bully feels more and more lonely, especially because Rick is offered a role in a new Bollywood film and Aida now wants to move in with her boyfriend Daniel. Bully now decides to shoot the commercial, because otherwise the film "Buddy" would have to be stopped, which would mean a financial end to Bully's career. At the same time he sends Aida to convince Nina to get back together with Bully. Aida can't think of any arguments, so Bully instructs Aida to stop Nina instead so he can finish the commercial in time. In the end, Nina decides to get back together with Bully, but he is not allowed to make any films until Bully and Nina are at least five. Bully's fate means well with him, because Aida and Daniel are moving in with Bully and Rick has missed his plane, which means he is also moving back in with Bully. As a result, Bully and Nina are five, and Bully is allowed to turn again.

reception

criticism

The series was very mixed by critics, but received mostly negative to devastating by viewers.

The online TV magazine Quotenmeter.de wrote about the pilot episode, that it was on the show to "no sitcom" because the figures designed differently and the "Plot structured differently" was. This would also be the reason why the program would not “ignite properly”, although “a local representative” of the sitcom would be “long overdue” in the German television landscape.

The review in a national German daily newspaper, however, is praiseworthy:

“Michael 'Bully' Herbig reveals new qualities in his sitcom 'Bully makes Buddy'. And ensures a density of points that is hardly known in this country. "

- Jörg Michael Seewald : Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung

On the Moviepilot page, the series was rated with an overall rating of only 1.4 / 10 from 476 audience votes. On IMDb, the series received an overall rating of 3.1 / 10 with 186 audience votes.
