Bundestag constituency Soltau-Fallingbostel - Winsen L.
The federal constituency of Soltau-Fallingbostel - Winsen L. was a constituency in Lower Saxony in the federal elections in 2002 and 2005 . It had the constituency number 36 and included the Harburg district except for the municipalities of Elbmarsch , Hanstedt and Salzhausen and the Soltau-Fallingbostel district except for the communities of Munster (Örtze) and Wietzendorf .
The constituency was created by amalgamating the constituencies of Soltau-Fallingbostel - Rotenburg II and Harburg . For the 2009 Bundestag election it was divided into the Bundestag constituency Rotenburg I - Soltau-Fallingbostel with the number 36 and the Bundestag constituency Harburg with the number 37. Already between 1949 and 1976, the two districts formed the joint constituency Harburg - Soltau .
