The Harburg constituency (constituency 36) is a federal constituency in Lower Saxony. It covers the area of the Harburg district .
The constituency was re-established for the 2009 Bundestag election and was given constituency number 37. It already existed as constituency 35 in the Bundestag elections from 1980 to 1998 . In the federal elections in 2002 and 2005, the municipalities of the Harburg district were divided between the constituencies 36 Soltau-Fallingbostel - Winsen Luhe and 37 Lüchow-Dannenberg - Lüneburg . In the federal elections from 1949 to 1976 , the Harburg district together with the former Soltau district formed the Harburg - Soltau election district . For the 2013 election he was given the number 36.
