The federal constituency of Goslar - Northeim - Osterode (constituency 52) is a constituency for the elections to the German Bundestag in Lower Saxony . It includes the district of Northeim without Bodenfelde and Uslar , of the district of Göttingen the city of Osterode am Harz , the communities of Bad Grund (Harz) and Walkenried and the combined community of Hattorf am Harz, and from the district of Goslar the cities of Bad Harzburg , Braunlage , Goslar and Clausthal-Zellerfeld . The constituency emerged from the constituency reform of 2002 from the constituency Northeim - Osterode , which was supplemented by part of the dissolved constituency of Goslar .
The constituency was won by the respective SPD candidate in all federal elections up to 2013, except in 1957 .
