The Bundestag constituency Hannover-Land I (constituency 43) is a constituency in Lower Saxony and includes the cities of Burgdorf , Burgwedel , Garbsen , Isernhagen , Langenhagen , Neustadt am Rübenberge , Wedemark and Wunstorf in the Hanover region . The constituency was newly established in 1980. Before 1980 its communities belonged to the constituencies of Hanover III , Schaumburg , Celle and Gifhorn .
