The Bundestag constituency Cuxhaven - Stade II (constituency 29) is located in Lower Saxony and comprises the district of Cuxhaven and the northern part of the district of Stade with the municipality of Drochtersen and the municipalities of Oldendorf-Himmelpforten and Nordkehdingen .

The constituency was re-established for the 2009 Bundestag election as part of a complete re-division of the Weser-Elbe area in Lower Saxony and was given constituency number 30. The re-division was necessary because Lower Saxony was assigned an additional constituency. In the federal elections in 2002 and 2005 , the area of the new constituency belonged to the constituencies 30 Cuxhaven - Osterholz and 31 Stade - Cuxhaven . Since the 2013 election it has had constituency number 29.
