The Bundestag constituency of Celle - Uelzen (constituency 44) is an electoral district in Lower Saxony and includes the district of Celle and the district of Uelzen . The predecessor constituency until 1980 was the constituency of Celle , which included parts of the former Burgdorf district instead of the Uelzen district .
