Vilshofen constituency
The Bundestag constituency of Vilshofen was a constituency in Bavaria from 1949 to 1965 . It included the districts of Vilshofen , Grafenau , Griesbach im Rottal and Landau an der Isar .
In the 1965 federal election , Lower Bavaria lost one constituency. The area of the constituency Vilshofen was divided into the constituencies Passau , Deggendorf , Pfarrkirchen and Straubing . The constituency was one of the eleven constituencies that the Bavarian party won in the 1949 federal election . The last directly elected member of the constituency was Franz Xaver Unertl ( CSU ).
