The Wittenberg - Graefenhainichen - Jessen - Roßlau - Zerbst constituency was a constituency in Saxony-Anhalt from 1990 to 2002 . He owned the number 288 and included the districts of Wittenberg , Graefenhainichen , Jessen , Roßlau and Zerbst . As part of the constituency reform of 2002 , in which the number of constituencies in Saxony-Anhalt was reduced from thirteen to ten, the area of ​​the constituency was divided into the constituencies of Anhalt and the Elbe-Havel area .

The last directly elected constituency member was Engelbert Wistuba ( SPD ).
