The Bundesverband Metall - Vereinigung Deutscher Metallhandwerke (BVM) is an association of German metalworking companies based in Essen .
Act
The association was founded in Hamburg as an association of the German locksmith, blacksmith, mechanical engineering, toolmaker, lathe, metal former and metal foundry trade and is, according to the entry in the database of the German National Library, the successor organization of the main association of the German blacksmith's trade and the main association of the German locksmith and mechanical engineering trade .
