The castle Ingweiler is an Outbound lowland castle on the eastern shore of Odenbach on the site of today's Ingweilerhofes two kilometers south of the community Reipoltskirchen in Kusel district in Rhineland-Palatinate .
history
The castle was built around 1200 by Johannes de Engelmorwilre. The castle was later owned by the Count Palatine of Zweibrücken and later by the Count of Hillesheim . The castle received an extension in 1730 and the farm buildings were expanded in 1766. Nothing is left of the former castle complex today.
