Bushey is a town in Hertsmere county in Hertfordshire , England, with a population of 24,000. In Germany, the city is best known as the place where Hubert von Herkomer lived , who first lived there from 1874 and later had the Villa Lululaund built here. In 1883, Herkomer founded an art school here, which around 500 students from the region attended.
