c't Digitale Fotografie is a German photo magazine. The magazine is published as an offshoot of the computer magazine c't by Heise Zeitschriften Verlag . From 2002 c't digital photography was an irregularly appearing special issue of the c't, since December 2009 the magazine has appeared quarterly, since February 2014 every two months.
Content
c't Digitale Fotografie offers articles on photography . Workshops on, for example, portrait photography , children's photography or nature photography are devoted to artistic aspects. Further articles bring the reader closer to dealing with image processing . The presentation of photos in digital form or as high-quality prints is also a core topic. Tests of cameras , lenses and software are another focus of the magazine.
c't digital photography is aimed at ambitious amateurs and professional photographers .
As with almost every photo magazine, camera, accessory and software tests are an integral part of c't digital photography. In contrast to the competition, however, the magazine does not name any test winners, but rather summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of the examined products in a test result. The aim is to enable the reader to make a needs-based decision depending on the budget and purpose of use.
