The third CONCACAF Women's Championship was held from August 13 to 21, 1994 in Montreal ( Canada ). The USA was the winner for the third time . The field of participants was expanded to five nations. In addition to the USA, hosts Canada qualified for the 1995 Women's World Cup in Sweden .
