The Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio 1986/87 was the second season of the San Marinese football league . The mode was changed as follows compared to the previous year: The four best teams after a round consisting of a round trip round played for the title in a master playoff.

SP La Fiorita won the first title in the club's history with a final victory over defending champion SC Faetano .
