Can Candid

Can Candid , actually Heinz Stierstorfer , (born June 6, 1938 in Munich ) is a German composer who specializes in advertising and film music . Another pseudonym of the artist is George Monie .

Life

The later Can Candid studied with Heuberger at the conservatory in Munich and devoted himself early to his own studies in harmony . He also founded Cycan Musikverlag, under which most of his works appeared. In addition to his work as a composer , Can Candid has been an active, full Gema member since 1980 .

In the beginning he was known for providing background music to successful commercials such as Dr. Oetker's “crème fraîche” or Ferrero “kisses”. In addition, he also had success with the music of German television series such as Nonstop Nonsens ( Dieter Hallervorden ). Internationally, his titles also adorn popular series such as Sex and the City and Mad Man . With the film Beverly Hills Beauties ( Martin Landau , Halle Berry ) his music even made it to Hollywood .
