Capalonga is a Filipino municipality in the Camarines Norte Province , in the administrative region V, Bicol. It has 32,215 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 22 barangays . It is classified as a third income class community in the Philippines. The community center is located approx. 54 km west of the provincial capital Daet and can be reached from there via the Maharlika Highway . Their neighboring communities are Santa Elena in the southwest, Labo in the southeast and Jose Panganiban in the east. In the northwest, the community borders on the Bay of Lamon and in the north on the Philippine Sea .
