The Capertee River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales .
North of the small town of Bogee , it arises at the confluence of the Bogee Nile Creek and Teatree Creek . It first flows south before turning sharply to the southeast. At Glen Davis he enters the Wollemi National Park and at the same time enters a deep valley that the Great Dividing Range cuts through at this point.
In the uninhabited national park, where it is not accessible by any roads, it takes its most important tributary, the Wolgan River and finally forms the Colo River together with the Wollemi Creek .
