The House of Anubis - Path of 7 Sins is a German children's film from 2012. The fantasy film is based on the mystery series of the same name .

action

After Daniel gave his girlfriend Nina a ring that proves his infinite love for her, a magical gate opens to a fantastic, medieval world. Nina is kidnapped by the eerie knight Roman and Daniel and his friends follow them through a magical portal. You set out on the dangerous “path of the 7 sins” to save Nina. There are dangers and seven difficult riddles of the 7 deadly sins . All his friends from the boarding school help him with this. One by one, the friends fail the exams until only Daniel is left after the last exam. He saves Nina and all 9 friends return to boarding school.

The plot of the film does not affect the plot of the series.

"The clichéd , statically staged fantasy blend makes use of relevant genre role models without creating anything independent."

But as is so often the case, this attempt seems too artificial and too stretched to the length of a feature film. The ideas of the fantasy world are just as well known as the outcome of the story. On May 9, 2011 it was announced that there would be a movie. Filming, which took place in Belgium, began on May 3, 2011 and lasted until July of that year. In addition, Collien Ulmen-Fernandes , Bert Tischendorf and the singer and rapper Smudo were hired for the film.

In the film, the role of Felix Gaber is played by Florian Prokop , although the role was played by Mitja Lafere from November 2011 .

As previously announced in Anubis magazine, the song Path of 7 Sins was re-recorded for the film. The song Path of 7 Sins , sung by Marc Dumitru , was released as a single on March 23, 2011 together with the song Du (sung by Schmidt).
