Carl Allmann
Carl Allmann (born September 7, 1911 in Antwerp , † after 1962) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).
Life and work
After attending school and completing his training, Allmann worked for Kraftverkehr Wupper-Sieg AG . He was a member of the board of the stock corporation . Member of the district assembly of the Rheinisch-Bergisch district he was from 1952 to the regional reorganization on 31 December 1974. From 10 November 1958 to 31 March 1962 he was District Administrator of the circle. From 1949 Allmann was mayor of the Engelskirchen office . Allmann was active in various committees of the district council of North Rhine-Westphalia.

On October 26, 1969, Allmann was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class.
