Carl Erik Bergstrand
Carl Erik Berg beach (* 12. March 1830 in the parish of Kila, municipality of Sala , Sweden; † 23. January 1914 in Filipstad ) was a Swedish agricultural chemist and geologist .
Life
He studied from 1849 in Uppsala , where he received his doctorate in 1857 and was then professor at the Lantbruksinstitut in Uppsala . In 1873 he became a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences .
He was the father of Östen Bergstrand .
