Carl Theodor Graf von und zu Sandizell (born October 2, 1865 in Munich , † January 8, 1939 in Sandizell ) was a landowner, hereditary Reichsrat in Bavaria and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Carl Theodor von und zu Sandizell was educated in the Royal Pagerie in Munich, attended and graduated from the Wilhelmsgymnasium in Munich in 1884 and then the University of Munich . He did not have a job, but took over the administration of the entails immediately after he came of age , since his father had died while he was still a minor. He served as a one-year volunteer with the 1st Heavy Cavalry Regiment in Munich, where he became a reserve officer and advanced to Rittmeister in the reserve , whereupon he transferred to the Landwehr cavalry. From 1887 he was a member of the Chamber of Imperial Councils in Bavaria, from 1892 a member and from 1911 second board member of the agricultural district committee in Schrobenhausen , from 1909 a member of the agricultural district committee of Upper Bavaria and from 1902 a member of the state moor culture advisory board .

From 1912 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Upper Bavaria 3 ( Aichach , Friedberg , Dachau , Schrobenhausen ) and the German Center Party .
