Carlo Wiechmann
Carl "Carlo" Wiechmann (born March 5, 1886 in Stettin ; † May 27, 1967 in Osnabrück ) was a German lawyer during the National Socialist era and in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Life
Wiechmann worked in the Prussian judicial service from 1912. In 1930 he became attorney general at the Berlin Superior Court and from 1933 to 1945 he was President of the Senate there. After the war he was President of the Senate at the Higher Regional Court in Celle from 1948 to 1950 . On October 7, 1950, he became a federal prosecutor and held this office until March 31, 1956.
He lived in Berlin-Schmargendorf , Karlsbader Strasse 15.
