Carlos Arthur Nuzman (born March 17, 1942 in Rio de Janeiro , Brazil ) is a Brazilian sports official, lawyer and athlete.

Nuzman comes from a Jewish family and is of Russian-Jewish origin . His nephew Nilton Bonder is an important rabbi in Brazil.
