Carlos Camacho

Carlos Garcia Camacho (born November 16, 1924 in Agana , † December 16, 1979 ) was governor of Guam from 1969 to 1975 . The dentist was the island's first freely elected governor.

Camacho was a member of the Republican Party , as was his son Felix Perez Camacho , who later also became governor of Guam.
